Little ponyo

watch out sasuke, ponyo is coming for you!

This is obviously based off a piece of the resource art. I saw the cell version of this and couldn't resist intercepting it in my style. I felt the original was just way too blue so I added more of the pastel color library to it, as well as murky harbor rocks at the bottom.
