As a person who is most likely gonna have to outsource this kind of work to a professional at some point, I'm very curious about your rates. I have no idea how much one normally charges from a digipainting, but I'd think that it doesn't come very cheap considering the time and effort needed for the project.
I recall you saying on the video that you had been painting for over 50 hours and you were only at the "black and white" -phase. So I'd like to know how many hours do you normally put to your comissions and how much it would approximately cost? I can't draw or paint at all so outsourcing is my only option
Hey Dan, when I mentioned the 50hrs I was talking about the entire painting, i had just mentioned it at that point in the video. Thanks for viewing by the way. if your serious about outsourcing some art sometime send me a private message or an email and we can talk numbers.
Hey, I just wanted to thank you soo much for these... I mean, it must take a lot of time to do the videos and such. Thank you for sharing your experience, talent and technique with us, really. Thanks for caring, you videos are very helpful!!
Thanks for this man i haven't watched until the end but i am going to since it's really important for me to get some work done on landscapes, and i have no clue how to get things going there with atmosphere and whatnot.
Also i did watch the first 5 minutes and it's inspiring so far, so i can't wait to watch the rest
