Hi Tyler, thank you so much for all the videos.
i know you mention staying in the range of mid tones and less saturated colors at the beginning of a painting when one is still roughing out the lightings and local values, but as the values build up, is there a way to avoid things going too dark/black or highly saturated/pure white that they stick out like sore thumbs?
im currently learning how to paint landscapes/backgrounds but when i try to incorporate man-made objects into a natural scene, they dont seem to blend in with the sceneries.
